Cherries from more than 650 local producers are processed at the family-run Kochere mill by Matewos Ersemo, where careful washing, fermentation, and slow drying on raised beds preserve the coffee’s exceptional quality. Roasted in Calgary this coffee offers a vibrant yet graceful cup with crisp clarity, delicate sweetness, and a layered profile that reflects the meticulous care behind every stage of production.
