Shipping Policy
We want to make your online shopping experience an enjoyable one. We understand that this includes packaging and processing your items quickly and accurately.
You will receive an email notification with shipment tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order; excluding weekends or holidays. Orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day.

Our Shipping Policy
Curbside Pickup
Simply select “Curbside Pickup” at checkout. We will notify you when your order is ready. When you arrive in our parking lot, please call the store at (403) 270-0631 to request your order be delivered to your vehicle.
Standard Shipping
Shipping cost is calculated based on the product weight and destination. We use Canada Post regular parcel service and other carriers depending on what is optimal for your location. We will send you a tracking number to help monitor your order.

GROUP BOX OR POST OFFICE BOX ADDRESSES MAY EXPERIENCE DELAYS
Our Return Policy
We are happy to offer returns on regularly priced items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be received by Villages staff in the same condition as sold: in the original packaging with the original receipt.
Items returned with a gift receipt will be eligible for store credit only. This gift card never expires and can be used on any future purchases.
Certain items are not eligible for returns: sale, discount and clearance items, personal care, food and beverages, washed clothing and textiles, and earrings.
In-Store Purchases
With the original receipt, a refund will be made to the original form of payment. For returns without a receipt, or with a gift receipt, store credit will be issued to you in the form of a gift card.
On-line Purchases
Please notify us by email before returning your items at webstore@villagescalgary.ca. Once you receive our confirmation, please mail your package to us including the original receipt. We recommend you send your return order with an insured and trackable carrier such as, Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, etc.
Once received in good order, we will notify you and promptly issue your refund to the original form of payment. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable and return postage is at the customer’s expense. Please allow 7 to 21 days for your refund to appear on your statement.
Alternately, you are welcome to return your purchase to our brick & mortar location at 220 Crowchild Trail NW, Calgary, AB T2N 2R2.
