Villages customers can choose In Store Pickup, Curbside Pickup, or straightforward flat rate shipping. Rates range depending on distance, parcel weight, and dimensions. Extra heavy or large items may have additional shipping charges.
We employ Canada Post, as well as, a range of national courier services. Choice of service will depend on a combination of cost and which best serves your location. Delivery times vary. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your order.

When strikes happen, we try to ship with alternative methods. If delivery is not possible, we will issue you a full refund.
We are happy to offer returns on regularly priced items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be received by Villages staff in the same condition as sold: in the original packaging with the original receipt.
Items returned with a gift receipt will be eligible for store credit only in the form of a gift card. This gift card never expires and can be used on any future purchases.
Certain items are not eligible for returns: sale, discount and clearance items, personal care, food and beverages, washed clothing and textiles, and earrings.
In-Store Purchases
With the original receipt, a refund will be made to the original form of payment. For returns without a receipt, or with a gift receipt, store credit will be issued to you in the form of a gift card.
On-line Purchases
Please notify us by email before returning your items at webstore@villagescalgary.ca. Once you receive our confirmation, please mail your package to us including the original receipt. We recommend you send your return order with an insured and trackable carrier such as, Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, etc.
Once received in good order, we will notify you and promptly issue your refund to the original form of payment. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable and return postage is at the customer’s expense. Please allow 7 to 21 days for your refund to appear on your statement.
