Shipping policy
We want to make your online shopping experience an enjoyable one. We understand that this includes packaging and processing your items quickly and accurately.
You will receive an email notification with shipment tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order; excluding weekends or holidays. Orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day.

Villages customers enjoy in Store Pickup, Curbside Pickup, or straightforward flat rate shipping of $8.99 (before tax). We can send your parcels across Canada. Extra heavy or large items may have an additional shipping charge on them.
In Store Pickup
Simply select “In Store Pickup” at checkout. We will notify you when your package is ready and look forward to seeing you!
Curbside Pickup
Simply select “Curbside Pickup” at checkout. We will notify you when your order is ready. When you arrive in our parking lot, please call the store at (403) 270-0631 to request your order be delivered to your vehicle.
Standard Shipping ($8.99 before taxes)
This is our usual shipping charge for packages. We employ Canada Post, as well as, a range of national courier services. Choice of service will depend on a combination of cost and which best serves your location. Delivery times vary. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your order.
Standard Plus ($18.99 before taxes)
For our heaviest items, shipping can be expensive. For this option, while a little more expensive, still employs Canada Post or another national courier service. Choice of service will depend on a combination of cost and which best serves your location. Delivery times vary. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your order.
Express Shipping
Assessed using Canada Post Express Parcel service rates. These are calculated using the weight and dimensions of your order.
