Zatoun is a project offering fair trade olive oil and spices from Palestine to connect people in North America to the history, culture and challenges of the Palestinian people and the land of Palestine. Started in 2004, Zatoun uses symbolic and cultural products from Palestine to grow the circle of awareness to friends, family and community while supporting livelihoods of Palestinian farmers and artisans.
