Meet Tara from Providence Lane Homestead! She raises sheep on her farm and creates 100% wool socks here locally in Alberta, just north of Cochrane! Starting with just four sheep back in 2015, she now has over a dozen sheep and many alpacas too.
Every year, the sheep are shorn in the late spring and their wool is transformed into cozy Homestead Socks at the Custom Woolen Mill in Carstairs, Alberta! Providence Lane Homestead is proud to be completely eco-friendly, family-run, and ethical.
